This company is absolutely no good! I canceled my policy on September 3rd. They received the money from the insurance company on September 24th and is not refunding me until October 24th (they claim to be waiting for the check to clear but it is from THEIR insurance partner). The last person I talked to just flat out lied about the date being generic and could release sooner. On top of that, the “customer service” is pathetic. After reading these reviews and talking to them it is clear that they have an early 2000 “collection agent” mentality of doing business. Smart remarks, condescending, rude, and show no empathy.

Horrific company. Delaying invoices, charging extra fees. We rec'd an invoice 32 days after it was printed AND THEY BLAMED THE POST OFFICE. They charge fees for every payment. These people are THE WORST. STAY AWAY. Don't let your insurance broker hook your account to these criminals.

I had to leave at least 1 star to post this. They should have negative stars. Horrible company. We canceled our policy and they claim they sent bills to our former address. We never received a bill, email or phone call. Several months later we get a call from a collections company wanting over $700.00 Mind you this is during our business's worst time of year. They are also tacking on extra fees. This company has found a way to cheat hard working business owners out of money they need to operate. Absolutely despicable. We have to pay their ransom to keep them from affecting our credit.

Typical thieving unregulated service company. Charging $42.50 for a technology charge on a monthly payment.

Absolute trash. Takes 5 minutes to loving every time. Their server must be an iPhone. You can’t setup automatic payments. If you try to link a bank account you’ll get a spinning wheel for 20 minutes. They basically force you to pay your monthly payments with your bank card, which they conveniently charge a $16 “technology fee” for every month. What a joke. Will not be back. You guys suck

The payments never go through. Paying with a check is literal bs. They blame everything on the customer instead of accepting it's their fault. We've had 3-4 payments fail and they blame us due to "not enough numbers" on the payment. Our bank has been watching them to check for payments to come through, and they think think they are scamming us.

This is real sucks company. This is cheater. This company is real sucks. When you want cancel they don’t do it . They get deposite around $4000 for last two months. But when you do cancel they do not give you your deposit money. It is real suck company. It is mother sucking company
