Require disabling of privacy and child protection software?!
If your company is using their products, especially iesnare, you are likely in breach of UK and EU data protection regulations. The UK ICO have already found against this company for their misuse of Personally Identifiable Information and it seems they have no intention to stop. Today it goes a step further as ASDA (who use iesnare) have required the disabling of any technology that interferes with iesnare tracking before they allow posting of reviews. This includes disabling network-based privacy and child protection measures. There is no justifiable reason for such extreme and intrusive behaviour.
