IonlayerReviews of ionlayer.com

Ion's products are top quality. Everything about the experience from checkout to customer service has been really great. Anytime I have a question, I know their customer service / doctors will respond promptly. The products I take really help me feel more energetic and a better version of myself. I highly recommend Ion Layer products to all of my family and friends

As a highly satisfied customer of ION Layer patches for over 3 years no, I can tell everyone that the company is solid, professional and extremely helpful in all their customer service! The products are INCREDIBLE and absolutely do what they say they will do, and I have data to prove the increases in strength, energy, mental awareness, reduced fog and an ability to handle more than ever before! When I go more than a month without using them, my performance at the gym is visibly reduced in weight lifted, cardio time and heart rate zone both down. If you ever have a question, their staff is always willing to respond to emails and to their customers! This a a company that has High Values, Ethics and Morals that they stand behind!!

I purchased this product as a less painful, less time-consuming alternative to my monthly NAD sessions, relying on the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. I used the product for about one week and evaluated it with a reputable at-home NAD test. Based on the results, I requested cancellation in mid-October via the company’s website chat, which they present as an official support channel. Despite this, a renewal charge was processed on November 2, bringing total charges to nearly $900. Although the company later confirmed cancellation, they refused to issue a refund, citing no record of the chat-based cancellation. I am seeking a full refund consistent with the advertised guarantee.
