We're sorry for the confusion. After purchasing a template, it is not sent by email. Invitanku is an online editing platform, so your purchased template is available directly in your account. To access it, please sign in to your account and go to Account → My Templates, where you can open and edit your purchased invitation. The email you received is only your purchase receipt, while the template itself is stored in your account for online editing. If you're still unable to find your template, please contact our support team with the email address used for your purchase, and we'll be happy to help.
