Very unresponsive. I email lots a time to change my address but nothing. I try to cancel my order and still nothing. So make sure everything or else. I email from November 15 to December 10 and nothing and now my package is going to the wrong address. The support is tge worst.

As far as the 30 Day Adventure Kit goes, I'm very disappointed. The instruction videos seem to be often adlibbed, disorganized and are very poor at teaching either circuits or coding as the advertising claims. I would have preferred written material in a pdf walking me through organized lessons with detailed explanations rather than poor videos using up my limited internet data and teaching me only to copy and paste. I also purchased the 37 sensor kit. It arrived crammed in a plastic bag with damaged and unidentified components. No information could be found on the Inventrio website other than more videos. Thankfully Radio Shack customer service was able to link me to an 81 page tutorial from the original Chinese manufacturer which is a big help. Radio Shack says they will stand behind any components that don't work, but how will I know if they are not working because I am doing something wrong or were they damaged in the shipping heap. In general I disappointed in Inventrio.

The content isn't well done. Videos are missing. They say they're in the process of updating the videos but they won't provide any clarity on when new videos might be ready.

Sign up for the instructions here -> http://inventr.io/launch and follow the tutorial for your OS. We have instructions for Chrome OS, Windows, and Mac OS. You do not need to switch your OS our boards work with all of them. If you need additional help please email us at [email protected]

Not well laid out, bounces kids around from external site to external site and expects them to figure out things outside the scope of the learning objective. Good idea, very poor execution given the target audience.

Can you send me more specifics so I can fix any confusion? The only external site we send anyone to is the Arduino site to download the IDE but every step is covered in our video tutorials and nothing should be left for guessing. [email protected]

Recently purchased via website. Unable to upload the blink program to arduino board. Went through diagnostics (Arduino IDE troubleshoot - error code, investigating on website, feedback loop test showed board was faulty) Please help
