Transparent customer dedicated team at Intrust Funding
I was seeking an asset based lender in which I thought would have been a simple less documented loan process. Either the property does or doesn't meet the required equity and legal status to be secured by the lender. I contacted several companies I searched online. It was a miserable experience. The other companies didn't even offer a phone consultation to let me explain my situation or the asset I had to offer. Before giving up on the private asset lender option, I did another search. I found intrust funding and called the phone number expecting an automated message requesting that I fill out their online contact form. This is when Darrin answered the phone , asked me a couple of questions and then patiently listened to me tell my story. My application was somewhat outside of Intrust Funding's standard lending practices but the commercial asset was solid. Darrin convinced the team to move forward with the financing . I received daily updates throughout with the loan processing all the way through closing and recording with the title company. I cannot thank the entire Intrust team enough for their patience and dedication to me as a customer. I highly recommend the Intrust lending team
