Working with Joe, was a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. He was not only very professional but explained thoroughly how each step of the process would work and put our mind at ease. Plus, he was very personable, honest, and friendly. He was easily accessible via either by phone or email with a prompt response to any questions. We highly recommend Joe and Intrist Propteries.

Stand-up company to work with and promptly paid when asked to do so. Looking forward to working with them again the future!

Be careful with this company. They agreed to an Earnest amount, backed out of the deal, and then claimed I wasn’t due the Earnest because their contract did not say it wasn’t refundable. They play word games in their contract, so they can act unethically. Beware!!!!

The Intrist Properties team was a hard working group, trustworthy, communicated well, and did what they said they were going to do, resulting in a completed transaction to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to everyone!
