Order #4058 They have left me completely abandoned since my package never arrived. I have tried to contact them by email, but they only write to me apologizing and that they are attentive to anything they can do to improve my experience (except solve my problem). I just discovered that FEEL Drake Von is a toy sold on Shein for less than half the price. I am very upset and hope to get my money back for a fraudulent order that did not arrive, the moment I receive my refund I will delete this comment. 22/Jan: I sent an email as Intimaly requested. Still no response.

False advertising - generic toys repackaged
False advertising - despite claims that each product is uniquely modeled after the associated creator, there's clear evidence of the same (likely sourced from Chinese ODM) toy being sold for multiple creators.

AVOID INTIMALY
Do not work with or purchase from Intimaly. They may order SOME custom toys, but a significant portion of their stock is recycled or pre made and involve no custom 3D modelling process. Reverse google search a handful of toys and you'll find yourself back on their site under a different listing, or on amazon/aliexpress. I'd share a video of my findings if I'm allowed but trust me when I say stay away from Initmaly. Since posting my video I have received DMs from other collaberators and content creators full of red flag stories working with Intimaly. Stay wary out there and spend your money elsewhere.
