This is probably going to be removed... AGAIN! People need to buy elsewhere. This comes from China. Communication is but non-existent. Takes almost a week to receive response. Package was left outside building, and it was opened. Anyone could see what was inside. Hardly discreet packaging. It was an envelope, not a box. Odd, when I requested a refund after 3 weeks of waiting, it magically appeared.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE (or they absolutely will waste as much of it as they can!)! No shipping option because orders need to clear customs after shipping from china (a fact they neglect to inform you of)! The cut rate peoples-republic shipping service doesn't offer tracking or even give a basic vague eta for its outrageously long delivery time, and if you attempt to seek more information than you'll get to deal with their ridiculous "customer service" which is apparently little more than a series of auto-reply response emails and messages that will provide no information you didnt already know.

Their site lists items "low stock" when they really should mean that each item is "made to order." Another claim is that they're a small company based in the US, so items can take a while to fulfill, when the reality is that they order their items from China and then just ship it to the US. They claim that they have a "30 Night" refund policy, where if an order is not fulfilled between 1-3 months from the order date, they will provide a refund or an alternative, I spent 2 months emailing them about the order status or for them to give me a refund, and they refused, claiming that 3 months have to pass before they decide to warrant a refund.

I placed my order on the 5th of April. The website states creation process takes around 1-3 days, and up to another 5 for processing and shipping. It is now the 17th and have yet to receive any word as to when or if my order has shipped. I have emailed support thrice regarding the issue but only receive non-answers stating they don't have any information. I would like to recommend the site due to the unique and cool nature of the product but I cannot in ernest due to the lack of communication regarding shipping delays or even an explanation. I will change my review if things work out.

If I could give zero stars I ordered shit since 19th of March and never got anything ask for a refund and they send me an email saying they will and never heard about that again then I ordered again twice since I got really good recommendation from friends and had the same issue place order then wait and nothing talk to support says they will help and still nothing finally had waiting enough send an email to support and got ghosted for four days sent another email to support and got ghosted again so stay away from this shitty website and save your money.

I was greatly dissatisfied with the service I received while purchasing this product. To start, a previous product I purchased with priority shipping (a toy), while this one (the All-in-One Ultimate Kit) I purchased with standard shipping. They took nearly the same amount of time to arrive, with the standard shipping product arriving faster. I also received the purchase in two parts, as apparently the lube and cleaning solution were held up at customs. Despite this, even when they finally arrived, it was still missing the antibacterial storage bag and any instructions for how to use the care kit and maintain any toy you might have purchased previously. Instructions on the website were also few and far between. Upon emailing them about the missing bag and instructions, I received a $35 credit that needed to be used within two days on another order of at least $99. Needless to say, I was not spending another $99 just to save $35 because of a coupon code I received because of an already undesirable outcome of missing an item. While the experience using the products themselves has been fine, the utter lack of communication and inability to ensure all items are delivered or compensated for fairly has soured my experience drastically That's without even mentioning that their products could be duplicates and not unique. A quick search (which I neglected to do beforehand) shows that they may be engaging in some unsavory business practices and purchasing their toys from elsewhere. I do not recommend buying from this company in its current state. If you do, don't expect that any issues that you have with your products will be resolved in a satisfactory manner.
