Scam academics for free work and to use their credentials
**Delayed Payment and Poor Communication** I was hired to complete a professional credential evaluation and completed the work in good faith and on time. I was told payment would be sent on October 5, but it did not arrive as promised. I had to follow up repeatedly about the agreed-upon compensation. My additional follow-up on the morning of October 7 went unanswered for the remainder of that day, Thursday, and Friday, despite several team members being copied on the email. I finally received a response on Saturday, October 10, after posting a review of my experience. The company apologized and attributed the delay to a bank processing issue. **I have now received the full payment**, and I am updating this review to acknowledge that resolution. My concern remains the missed payment date and lack of communication. Processing issues can happen, but professionals should receive timely updates rather than have to spend several days following up about compensation for completed work. I am leaving this review so other academics and professionals can make an informed decision based on my experience.
