I got these for my 6yo because he goes through shoes like crazy. I bought him a pair of really nice hiking shoes for twice as much and he wouldn’t wear them. I put these on a list with a couple others (also 2-3 times as much as these) and he picked these. They were a little tight at first, but he loves them now. I do too because they are as well-made as most shoes that cost two to three times as much and he will actually wear them. Win win.
