Placed an order on 8/3/23. Three weeks later, there is absolutely no status update, and no shipping info. Ordered a shirt for a retirement party, and allowed almost FOUR WEEKS for delivery, and there is NO info as to when/if it might be received. Total scam; delivery times listed on site say 2-4 days for production, 5-7 for delivery. If that was true, I’d have had item 4 or 5 days ago, worst case scenario.

It has been three months since interest pod did not send out my FATHER OF THE BRIDE replacement T-shirt on time (before the wedding) and they have not given me an answer as to why it was never shipped out BEFORE THE WEDDING as Jasmine, the customer service officer, promised. I have emailed them for three months now asking for an answer because this was a one time shot for me and I believe now they have blocked me. They did give me my refund after my shirt was never received in time, and they sent me a free T-shirt long after the wedding (which was clearly no longer needed) just to try and make this right. But they’ve never apologized, or given me a reason as to why it wasn’t shipped out ON TIME as they confirmed it would after they messed up on my original order. Ghosting me is not very professional for a business such as this. I would never use them again and I would encourage others not to as well.

I ordered a shirt for mother's day and it never arrived. It's been well over a month and nothing. You try to comunicate with them and nothing. This is a SCAM.

I ordered two different shirts from this company. I received two shirts exactly the same. when I dealt with customer service, I was told that they were not at fault, but they would give me % off it I wanted to buy another shirt. All I was looking for was the right one I ordered. After several emails back and forth, they just stopped responding. I would never buy from here again, and hope nobody else has to deal with them either. Save Your Money!!!!

I placed the order, and within 1 hour I changed my mind. I emailed customer service, because with a second rate company like this, they dont make it easy to cancel, and requested a refund. They said there is no way to cancel an order once it’s placed. I had to wait till it was delivered, then had to return it and wait for them to process it, and then it would only be an 80% refund. Finally, it arrives and I reach out to find the same customer service agent to find the shipping address to return the item to. Of course, the website has just about everything you need EXCEPT what you need. After a LOT of inefficient back and forth, the agent finally informs me that because it was a custom item, they don’t accept returns! That’s why I was trying to cancel it literally the day of the order. Then, has the nerve to say “Thank you!”. Such a Mickey Mouse organization. The whole ordeal lasted about a month. I have a lot of mothers I buy gifts for, and I have (I hope) a lot of buying opportunities in front of me, and I will not be using this company for any of them. Poor customer service or shady policies irk me to no end. They are so worried about securing that one sale that they don’t care about return customers. EDIT They don’t allow you to reply to their responses, so here is my reply: No thank you. I have just given my mom the item, even though it’s not what I wanted to give her. I gave you the opportunity to help me during our weeks long email chain (feel free to research and respond on that). You (the company) declined my request. You don’t get to help me now that you’re in the public eye. As I said, I won’t be doing business with you any longer, so you don’t have to act like you care.

Extremely slow shipping. I asked for a speed up shipping. I was told production time is 5-10 business days. Now it's been more than 15 business days and 3 weeks. I still haven't seen the product. Stay away if you can..

I order u.s army logo in my flag and they send air force even the pic show it..materials look inexpensive and bad customer service..not phone either.
