Intent to order 3 personalized blankets.... after placing 2 in basket, I went back into remove 1 and replace with new color. Placed a 3rd into basket... went to view basket and noticed it does NOT provide you a picture of what you ordered. Unfortunately I assumed I had 3 different blankets only to find out 2 were the very exact same. Sent email to customer service describing error and telling them what I wanted... no response but only production started and no ability to alter. Will never order from this poorly run company ever again and I would advise others to heed warning.

Absolutely terrible service. Misleading website in terms of shipping timelines. Customer service is awful and has zero willingness to work with you. Overall tone of customer service is rude and they would rather argue with you and completely ignore your issues than actually help solve your issue. Would never recommend them to anybody.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a personalized shirt for Father’s Day in size Large, but their system changed it to Small after checkout. I contacted them right away, and they acknowledged my message—but still shipped the wrong size. When I followed up, they were rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me it wasn’t their fault and refusing to do anything about it. Their tone was unprofessional, and their emails lacked basic courtesy. They offer no phone number, no post-order editing, and no accountability. I’ve now filed a BBB complaint and will not be using this company again. This kind of terrible customer service is unacceptable, especially when you’re selling custom products that people are purchasing as meaningful gifts. Avoid Interest Pod. You deserve better than this.

I purchased this for my wife and the item was never delivered. When I reached out, there was an issue with the address and they decided to "donate" the item to I dont know where instead of attempting to reship. When I requested a a refund or to reship it, they refused to and offered a discount. By no means was this acceptable. I would have paid for shipping again but they wanted me to pay for the item again. They essentially wanted me to pay for the item twice. Will never deal with this thieving company again and reported them to the Better Busines Bureau.

I can’t believe they allowed something like that to be packaged and shipped with the incorrect spelling of the word “loving”! The shirts I received say “loveing” and I was flabbergasted. I’m already dealing with the loss of my mother and wanted to honor her with these shirts. I requested a full refund on April 5th and have yet to receive a response!

was sent a blanket with the wrong spelling for the dog's name. when tried to contact the company for a replacement, phone # never answers. Email never responds. Also says they have to be notified within 2 days of delivery. Hard to do when its a xmas present to be opened xmas day. What a scam this company is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! No customer service at all.

Ordered the item on the 10th of December with 2 day shipping. As of the 26th it just got released through customs. So no christmas gift. Could've just went to the mall and had the item made in a couple of hours. Never again. Never knew it was being shipped from China. Useless company..

I placed my order on 12/8 and payed extra for 2-day shipping. I received an email on 12/11 that it had shipped & was provided a UPS tracking number. By 12/15, I still had not received my order and tracking stated that “ups is not in possession of my item”. I reached out to Interestpod for confirmation that they had shipped the item. I realize that sometimes (especially at this time of year) tracking can be slow to update. They would not confirm if they had actually shipped my order and told me to wait 2 days & reach back out if there was no updates by then. I did that & had to wait 2 more days with back and forth emails to get them to agree to refund me. Now I’m just waiting to see if that actually happens while I scramble to find a replacement gift for my son. Soooo unbelievably disappointed!
