Well I went to an event in the Bronx to see Barbara. A guy Name Tom spoke on Options Trading and I was intrigued so he had another guy come out and say. They where doing a 3 Day Trade course for $997. I signed up but was VERY unhappy with the coarse . It was for May16th to the 18th at The Pennsylvania Hotel in Manhattan. They just prey on People’s Desperation and lack on Knowledge Day 1 was a Basic intro to Options trading. But it was a lot of Motivation stuff and Upselling. We where told we would see a live Trade but that was False Day 2 Was mostly about how much money you have and how they can get it from you. They had us do homework that involved running your credit, do you have equity in your home and such. The instructor talked for a few minutes then went on a 45 talk about the school then the next 1 we listened to all the instructors back stories and crap. I didn’t spend 997 to attend a Motivation Seminar or to hear Back stories I came to learn about Trading. Then a Counselor taps you on the shoulder to meet with you. He told me about to packages. One for 23000 and another for 15000 his name was Simon and he said You need 250000 invest to qualify for the 23000 school. So he recommended the 15000 but when he asked me how much money I had that was less they 250000 but more then 20K he later texted me and said “Are you dropping that 24000” what legit business operates in this manor. I was completely turned off Day 3 was more upselling at the 1030 Am I left. I am writing this reworn at 1126 am want I Full Refund or I will take Legal action and I have the text Messages

I attended the initial talk basically because I wanted to see Barbara Corcoran on Feb 19, 2019. But she basically did a twenty minute overview of her life in real estate and a little about Shark Tank (at the very end so I needed to stay if I wanted to hear her). I wasn't expecting the talk on attending the 3 day stock work shop but when they said that I'd get a full rebate of my tuition if I followed their rules, I decided what the heck, I've always wanted to learn more about the stock market. The workshop was good but felt pressured and belittled when their sales people began to realize that I wasn't interested in spending the $15,000 on the additional training. But I went home, did the work, passed the tests, did all the paper trades and met all the rules. When I finally submitted my paperwork on line, I never received a response. A week later I called their help desk and I was told to wait a few more days. Called back and they said they never received anything from me. Sent to the tuition department, ended up with a voice message. I left a message but no response, I called back and it was determined that the VM was sent to someone that no longer worked there. So finally I talked to someone who did work in that department, she is new and apparently overwhelmed with the work load but she told me to resend everything to her and she would handle it. That was two weeks ago. I've since sent her 3 follow up emails and called always having to leave a VM, never a call back. Today, May 8, I called again to the help desk, who is now going to have her manager contact this gal in the tuition department and get back with me on a status. I feel like I've been duped and was really counting on that tuition refund but I have a feeling that I'll never see it again. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS COURSE, OR HAND OVER YOUR $997, YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE!!!

My husband and I attended this talk by Barbara Cocoran because we watch Shark Tank and thought the talk will be informative and will help us as business owners. He then signed up for this 3-day Stock Market class for $997 hoping we will be taught how to properly do trades. He was also promised to get his money back after he finished 20 trades in their platform where you also have to pay for subscription fee. So yesterday was the first day of training in a hotel and we were excited only to find out that their main goal was to sell the FULL CLASS for $15,000. That's fine and look legal because you will not be forced to do it and it is voluntary. But what I find unethical is that they make the people APPLY FOR A LOAN with their partner Fundwise.Com right in that session using their laptops. People went to this training to LEARN how to make money and not be drowned in more debt with their funding company partner. I find it mean to let people loan money and pay interests upfront before they could ever learn how to do the trade. We were turned off by this practice and decided to ask for a refund. I am yet to find to find out if they will really refund us. It's also disappointing that they use people like Barbara Cocoran, Kevin O'Leary and other businessmen in the SharkTank show to lure people into this marketing trap. I think this company could practice a better marketing strategy than trying to appeal with people's emotions and trying to brainwash them into using their enthusiasm to learn thru these "workshops". The workshops are essentially a facade in their sales pitch. And I truly feel sorry for people that would actually loan money with exorbitant interest rates with the hopes that what they will learn from the classes will help them pay up their loan. Do your research before you pay anything.

I signed up for a weekend workshop at an event and I requested specific dates / locations for NYC (as the event was in NJ, but I live in NY) and haven't heard from anyone since. I've been trying to call and reach a person, but to no avail... been on endless holds that eventually lead to a voicemail. I'm within the three day return period and I want out. Please contact me right away, so I don't have to report fraud. thanks!

I was one of those who paid the $16,000.00 for the advance class. It has been a wast of money. For that kind of money you should have a one on one coach, but no they charge you $8,000.00 to 10,000.00 more for that. They are car sales man. All of the good reviews are from people who haven’t paid the $16,000.00 yet. Once you speak to enough people you will start hearing the pattern. That’s when you realize that their sales people working off of commission. The trainer will lead you to believe that they are doing so well in option trading, so why do they need to do all the extra training for extra money. SCAM. I will give them credit they are good sales people at first. The money back guarantee is all most impossible for someone who is starting out and they know it. You have more potential to loose more money than giving them the $1,00.00. You have to make 20 live trades with real money in 90 days. Most people want have a clue in 90 days.

Very deceiving. They are all gung-ho when theyre trying to upsell you, but other than that seems like all theyre trying to do is upsell the next step. No transparency in terms of the full process. #regrets

This is a scam! I myself work on Wall Street so am embarrassed to say that I fell for this, but because this was endorsed endorsed by Rober Herjavec, Kevin O'Leary, and Jeff Tomasulo I thought the program was credible. For the course rebate, I followed all the details to the letter and uploaded everything. Months later I still did not receive my rebate and when I called to follow up no one ever returns my call. I have been waiting for a call from Kelly and Shanna who said they seem to have been having problems with their email. I have resubmitted my information as they keep trying to say that some trades were missing but I sent them multiple account statements so either they are highly incompetent or they are running a scam.I even reached out to some of the staff that I met at the workshop only to find out that they don't even work for the company, and are consultants. When I call the number the staff says they will have some one call back and they never do. Yes, I'm angry that I can't seem to get my rebate, however what is criminal is the scam where at the workshop they are selling the promise of a profitable options trading program to people who have no understanding of these complex instruments and who clearly do not have the money to attend the additional workshops. It is irresponsible of these people to do this and they should not be in business. After 3 days, I passed on the additional sessions which were hugely expensive something like over $20k, but when I looked to see who signed up, it was roughly 70% of the class. It was clear this would pose a financial burden on most of these people and most of them have no experience with markets whatsoever. I cannot be the only one who has had this experience and am thinking of perusing legal action. I would love to hear if others had the same experience.
