TERRIBLE SERVICE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT USE THEM

I had the displeasure of using this inter-movers a few years ago when moving to the UK from the US and they lost thousands of dollars of our possessions. It coincidentally was one of only two boxes which we had labelled as containing anything of value. Draw whatever conclusions you want about that. In our investigation into what happened, there was no evidence the box had even been loaded with the rest of our possessions in the first place. This means it was either "lost" at their facility, or never even made it that far. They "looked into it" (see: delayed) for months without showing any evidence of doing anything or keeping us updated. They were uncommunicative during the shipping process and overall a nightmare to deal with. Everything arrived long after it was supposed to and was handled very poorly by the company in every way. They never recovered any of our possessions, contacted us, or even notified us when they knew the box was lost, not did they make any attempt to compensate us. We ended up suing them and being awarded thousands of dollars by the court. This was a nightmare and we're still missing priceless mementos and will forever be at risk of identity theft because of the negligence of inter-movers I would sooner ship everything via UPS or carrier pigeon before using inter-movers again

Sketchy and unprofessional! We used Inter Movers to ship our things from Texas to the UK. The shipment was delayed over a month and when it finally arrived, we had lost/damage items and some of our clothes had been removed from the original package and put on garbage bags. The moving crew that helped up told us that this was the worst packing job they had ever seen. When we contacted the company to explain what had happened, we were told that it was our fault because we did not buy the additional insurance. The company refused to reimburse, or help us at all, for the damages and the lost items. After months trying to get some support from them without any success, the manager, Michael, told us that they would not help us since we wrote an online review (wow!). In my experience, Inter Movers is an extremely unreliable and unprofessional company. I would never recommend it!

Dont trust there guys, they will scam you at every corner. They take your stuff and then quote you a vast sum- plus they asked us additional fees when it arrived in the designated port. another 50% of price we had already paid. You are helpless as they have your stuff. DO NOT USE THEM
