Was charged 100€ through a paypal subscription, i asked through email and through livechat for the money back the subscription was kept activated and i was charged a second time only receiving my money once. Avoid like the plague.

They were great in the beginning, very responsive, and resolved many issues in the first 3 months. However after the updates with instagram, everything came spiralling downhill. The team went radio silent and looks like the Company has bitten the dust.

The team emailed me back and forth and then proceeded to miss not one, not two, not three, but FOUR of our scheduled calls. I was told via the chat feature on the website to call in-- which I did-- only to be sent to voicemail. Poor business practice and terrible customer service. Highly suggest you stay away. I've never had to work so hard to give money away. Would give zero stars if I could.
