I contacted several times with a issue and they never listened to me at all they just closed the complaints. They also threatened me by saying they would contact the police because I said I was having issues mentally because how they were treating me. Horrific company who don't give a damn if your having issues or not. I do NOT reccomend

Scam company that send you a million texts a week. I block and report every single one but it’s constant. No option to unsubscribe. No business that has to beg this much for custom is worth using.

Absolute scam do not play this casino site it's a trap they don't offer anything no rewards for good play etc

If I could give this site a minus star review I would. It's an absolute scam, deposit payments show up on your bank account as random people's names. One payment showed as a "bill" which my bank traced to be a telephone communications company the other payment showed as "shopping" and was traced to a retail merchant. When I first requested a withdrawal of my winnings within a few hours I received a message saying my withdrawal had been cancelled due to a technical error and told to put the request in again. When I made a complaint the money appeared in my account within seconds but showed up as "income" and they used my full name as reference from where the payment had come from. When I flagged this suspicious behaviour with them (after reading all the bad reviews) I notifyed the bank. Instaspin had the audacity to say that my behaviour was fraudulent and that I was threatening them with legal threat. Please avoid or you will get scammed like me and many more vulnerable people. Thankfully my bank are aware of the situation I'd I've moved all my money to another bank account I have. I am just now really worried as I have given them my bank account details, address and picture of my driving licence 😭 If you've been a victim like me notify your bank immediately and cancel your card!
