Terrible I recently tried to make a withdrawal from my account it is so easy to pay money in .none OF the details required to withdraw money. I have supplied 3 OF the 4 things required as I have moved address over 6mths ago and didnt think to inform them I cannot fet access to my own money they have taken it from my balance yet I dont have it. So as I havent got proof of my address when setting up the account way over 6mths ago becuase I moved over 18mths ago the money can not be released I find it so disgusting that us the customer doesn't have to jump through all these hoops tp pay money in becuase if we did a huge percentage OF us wouldn't bother.....BE CAREFUL BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR MONEY

Where to start 100gbp minimum withdrawals??? The fact the they have taken 50 gbp more than I deposited cause the used euros and charged a conversion fee. Or the fact my deposit went missing I then asked for it to be refunded was told they cannot withdraw it unless it's been wagered x1 luckily the blackjack hand came in.
