Had over £220 in my balance and when the welcome bonus got to 100% completed it disappeared. Left me with £20 in balance. Kinda glad it happened with the first deposit as I probably would of spent way more than £200 so it's their loss really. Surely running a profitable legitimate website is better than just scamming people out of their first deposit. Returning customers has got to be better than people leaving after their first deposit! Will update if anything changes. Has now been almost 10 days with no change they just keep pushing it back and claiming it's the technical team working on it... Scam, i had 2 k in my balance and now the site is gone?

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this company. Waiting for over 600 pounds of money that was wagered through bonus. Disappeared. They say it’s normal for bonus funds to get stuck. Happened to me twice in a week. Raised them both on 28th July. It’s now 12th August and apparently “it’s still with the technical team” avoid this company at all costs. Absolute scams. The advisors are basically like robots. All the responses are the same. Time frame keeps expanding and as originally told 2-5 days. Then it was 2-10 days and now it’s been 15 and nothing. The worst gambling site I’ve ever came across. Will be reporting them for fraud with my bank if the money is not returned to me in the next 48 hours. I Have the screenshots to prove the funds are missing. If it’s “normal” for bonus funds to go missing you need to stay away from them. Company should be shut down. All the reviews are the same. Everyone says the same thing. Disgrace. Absolutely mortified with this. Worst company ever.
