I researched ITS and was impressed with the information that I found. When I contacted them, they were quick to respond to our needs. At all times our contacts by phone or email were handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Our representatives always made us feel comfortable and helped assure us that the correct solution was being pursued. After just a few phone/email conversations we felt like our representatives could not have been better matched for us and our tax issues. Our tax issues have all been resolved to a more than satisfactory manner. We were helped by working through the difficult, tedious, and complicated maze of IRS and other government entities.
