Instant Tax SolutionsReviews of instanttaxsolutions.com

I was at my wit's end I prayed and asked the Lord to give me the right people to help me. From day one they were helpful informative and ready to get the process started. It wasn't long before I was sleeping good at night I felt at peace and I just knew that they were taking care of my issues for me. Many people had warned me about going to a program such as this but I have nothing but gratefulness and good things to say about the program. Mark was so kind always returned emails kept me updated, at times when I felt unsure he always reassured me, so for me Instant Tax Solution was an answer to prayer and my tax problem has been resolved thank you Lord thank you Instant Tax Solution and thank you Mark in a special way.

ITS made the grueling process of old tax debt so much easier. They handled all the work with the IRS on our behalf and far exceeded our expectations of the outcome. Would highly recommend this company to others who need help with back taxes from the IRS.

ITS took over the mess left by Wall & Associates after almost 2 years and over $10'000.00 and completely solved my tax issues in less than 6 months. After dealing with unethical lawyers I was so happy to find a group who cared about my issues and wasn't trying to get as much money as possible. Mr. Joseph was very helpful and polite. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date. Thank you so much.

Everyone was realistic and professional. The process was fairly simple, and it removed the stress and anxiety of dealing with the IRS. Things worked out well by the end of the several month process and I would call them again if need be.

Instant Tax Solutions didn't promise me anything that they couldn't or didn't deliver on. Their customer service and communication was impeccable. They came through for me and allowed me to breathe when I was feeling choked by the IRS. I hadn't received a tax refund in over 10 years and although the IRS kept it for back taxes I didn't owe anything. I will use and recommend them for all of my tax needs. I am extremely happy with their service.....

I'm very pleased with staff atTax Solutions, especially Mark. They were all helpful and well knowledgeable , exceptional and experienced. I thankful I called Tax Solution. Mark was exceptional I wished I could add a hundred more words to say. Well pleased !!!! Best call I've ever made.

Instant Tax took care of business. If they said they were going to do something they took care of it. When they said they would work with me if I could not make a payment and it happened once, they let me put it off for a week. When the IRS levied my bank account when a proposal was in place, they got my money back. Instant Tax kept in touch with me on a regular basis and kept me abreast of my situation. Most important to me was the fact that the fee was reasonable and did not require me to give them a lot of money in the beginning. They went right to work as long as I got them the required information and set me up on a payment plan. My final results were more than I could have expected. Thank you.

The day that I contacted Instant Tax Solutions was the culmination of many years of tax issues that needed addressing, and I was terrified to just make the call; my personal embarrassment, the costs, the overwhelming nature of trying to get a handle on the problem. And they could not have been more helpful. They were upfront about everything, the good and bad, and the cost for their all-inclusive services was dramatically lower than I had anticipated. While the process was not easy on my end (I had the paperwork and numbers, it was up to me to organize it), they talked me through every step and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. It is a process, we worked intensely for several weeks and then it was in the hands of the IRS, where (as I was warned) it was reviewed over the span of nearly a year. The final result: The acceptance of a settlement that was so low that it justified every penny (and more) of Instant Tax Solutions' fee. When I received the phone call, I was eating dinner in a restaurant, and I had to box my dinner and leave, because I was too emotional to swallow. That call, this resolution, was the greatest possible news. I am thankful to ITS for all of their work and I highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with unresolved tax issues.
