I place an order on September 29th and it’s October 14th and I still have not received my order I emailed customer service and they said they would look into it but I still have not received any updates on what happened to my order.

If I could I give zero stars I would
If I could I give zero stars I would. It’s been a month and I still have not receive my item. Customer service was zero help, I paid extra to have faster shipping! I would not recommend this scam company.

The tracking was hard to follow
The tracking was hard to follow. The ring is changing color on the band already. Very disappointed in the ring.
