I ordered from them month ago.. Have not received my order, I've emailed 4 times I wanted a refund....they said it was in transit....if I knew it was coming from China I never would of done it...Bad reviews all around DO NOT order from this company....plus they never applied my discount...They got their money with no problem, but I got nothing so far 😡

Be careful buying from this site as you may never get what you ordered and paid for. I know I sure haven't after over a month of ordering yet they send me an email wanting me to leave a review on the product they never sent me...

If I could rate this company less than 1 star, I would. I placed an order for two suicide awareness rings on 9/20 and they still have not shipped. I contacted the company on 10/13 and they sent me a shipping number and said they would expedite the rings, but still haven't shipped them. It's bad enough that I lost my son to suicide, but this makes the hurt even worse. I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered, but lesson learned.

I ordered my ring in plenty of time to wear it for Brest cancer awareness month and so far it’s not here. I will most likely be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I know I shouldn’t order off TicTock but sometimes I screw up and do anyway.
