For me, Inspire Life has been and continues to be a group where I can be vulnerable, seen, and heard. Guided by the gentleness and intelligence of the team, the group members act as my mirrors in different areas of life. I have transformed over these 3 years. I embraced both my darkness and my light, balanced my perceptions, and released transgenerational traumas. I have come to exist in a state of Peace, Unconditional Love, Joy, and Gratitude.
