Took a long time to come and the box was battered and ripped so I was expecting it to be broken or not work, however, it works well, very small but so far so good.

No problems, just a delay in being delivered love the wind chime its beautiful very therapeutic

I received the pendant but no cheat sheet as promised, I emailed and pointed the omission they then sent an email with the meanings but it is so small its impossible to read. I would much prefer the cheat sheet is enclosed with the pendant

Sadly product wasn't what I expected, but customer service sorted out quickly.

Thought they would be lovely and was sending for two sets for stocking fillers for daughters and decided I deserved some as well. Came Saturday and they are such fun and very pretty. Delighted with them. I love little teeny things. S. C.

Easy to order. Came fairly quickly. They are nice! But was disappointed not exactly as shown on advert. They are not 3D as picture seems to show!

It works well but there are no instructions and the nib is very fine

Goods arrived on time in perfect condition
