DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND I SO WISH I’d read THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I STUPIDLY PLACED AN ORDER. They have supplied me after weeks of waiting, a damaged book and they offer £2 refund and send time wasting emails! Should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a Wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver specifically to avoid using AirPlay or WiFi-based casting. What I received was only the receiver, which completely defeats the purpose of what was advertised and sold. Yes, the receiver technically works — but only via AirPlay, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by purchasing a transmitter + receiver setup in the first place. This is not what I paid for. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed the item was correct. They then tried to brush it off with a £2 goodwill offer, later increasing it to £5, instead of actually resolving the problem or issuing a proper refund. This is misleading at best. Selling one thing and delivering something entirely different, then offering a few pounds to make it go away, is unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company.

My order didnt arrive. They refuse to take responsibility. I was given ridiculous advice such as “ ask at your local post office ‘ and “ search nearby hedges” I am not at all surprised that they average only 1.3 stars on here. I would give no stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
