I like the colour pattern I chose, although the fit felt comfortable the frame size was to big for my face so unable to wear, I waited a long time for delivery

It was a Facebook ad, showed a transmitter and a receiver. I clicked buy now and ordered. Only received a receiver. Checked the order and it it was for a receiver only. Obviously I assumed order now would be for the both. I’m guessing the intention is for me to then realise this mistake and order the transmitter aswell. Quite deceptive. The receiver will however do what I need it to do through WiFi Aslong as I have WiFi assist enabled which allows phone signal to provide internet.

The item does not look the same as advertisedmuch smaller

Unit arrived safely but the package looked as if it had been run over by a bus which had squashed the power lead for the main item which amazingly survived…..not surprised..Evir…need I say more

Shipping was very slow Product is amazing

Item arrived in great time, lovely packaging very moisturising on application,, but it does not work very well on my lips. So I would advise persons of colour to maybe give it a missif buying for colour change.

Very fragile & break to easily, will make use of them but regrettably won't order again .

Not knowing delivery day/date ? Seemed ages for arrival, product good to fair!
