Very long delivery time, product doesn’t apply well

The package arrived but instead of consisting of 3 pieces as ordered on 1 piece was in the package. I have informed customer service and await their response and solution. The response I received was we have check with the warehouse and they say nothing was missing when it left and please check package again. They went on to say the maximum compensation the would give was 2 pounds. This is despite the fact I provided them with photos of package which had not been tampered with until I opened it and there was no room for the 2additional items ordered. It is now 26th June and have no further communication from them.

Do not buy from this company. They had sent me the wrong size item that I hadn't ordered. Then made out they had sent me the correct size. Despite me proving this with photos with the incorrect size still on the item and my order form they were saying other wise. They then have the audacity to offer £1 compansation for an item costing over £8 pounds.....their emails to me made me feel I was in the wrong and being unreasonable for reaching out and wanting a refund or replacement !!! You need to do better this is not good customer service .

the product is not what it says

I received a delivery note to say my order had been delivered, I hadn't received anything. Their response to me when I told them was to tell me to contact the courier, who in turn told me to contact the retailer. I've asked for a refund, or replacement items ; and they've stopped responding to me. Awful customer service, I'd give them zero stars if I could,

I order 3 bras and choose my size cost of the order 37 pound they then charged me 45 I emailed them and they refunded the difference But then they arrived weeks later in a small I did not order a small Trying to get a refund and they are saying offer you 6 pound refund Also I’m eligible for the cost back to return to China which is more than the order So I’ve lost 37 pound Very cheaply made not supportive at all and way to small Never ever again

Some lying cheating piece of shit sent me a gel pad that was tiny and unfit for purpose and then would not refunded it because it was the wrong size This is a scam I don't know how you have the nerve to ask people for feedback. Dear all please feel free to order one of these gel cushions if you have a baby it might just about fit them. The worst piece of utter shit I have ever ordered. Believe me this is a scam DO NOT TRUST THIS CPANY

Do not buy from this company, very poor customer service and waiting to get your order, l thought l was buy from the uk and l am still waiting for my goods.
