Much smaller than I thought it would be

Took along time to come and the order was incorrect . Photos sent of item received and customer service refuse to admit to mistake despite obvious . Photos of confirmation email mail sent items not correct . Offering a refund of a sum alot less than paid for the item despite still saying it was correct - unbelievable.! Very poor . Official complaint in progress. Later offered refund but expect me to pay shipping costs which is more than actual item .

Do not purchase anything from this company they scam you out of your money for a purchase you do not receive it and they keep your money I’ve been trying to get a refund on a so called lost parcel but it gets sent back to them so they have your money and the goods BEWARE

Not a good experience and effectively a waste of money, as they don’t fast charge, actually phone reports, slow charging!!!

Because they arrive with no QR code, no binding code and I can’t use them for the translation side because I can’t link them to the AI cool app

Nothing like the video, looks like some £2 chinese knockoff

This item is rubbish, doesn't spin as very stiff, not worth a penny, no instructions, waste of money

Crappy Chinese tat that bares no resemblance to what is advertised! Takes nearly a month to arrive and when it eventually does, it has no battery or insturctions and is really a 99p item being sold for £18
