Paul and Amber at Insight did an awesome job getting us our mortgage! They were straight forward and we didn't have a single surprise during the whole process! Can't say enough good things and that's coming from someone who is a little cynical about these processes! Thanks!

It was a very smooth process. Chelsea and Michelle made it very easy and relaxing for us. Everything from application to closing was great. I would recommend insight loans to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance! Thanks for everything!

Steve Mitroka was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what was needed. Steve guided me through the process and instructed me every step of the way. He worked to find the best option available for me. I was told by the realtor I should use a local lender to make the process easier. I had already talked to Steve and choose to stick with him. I'm so happy that I did! Overall it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Insight and Steve to everyone looking to finance a new home. Thank you Steve Mitroka!!!!

Insight was the smoothest part of our home buying experience. They're patient, professional, and very fair. It didn't even seem like we were working with an out of town company. That's saying a lot down south. I would choose them again.

Insight loans and Chad Hubert went above and beyond all expectations in helping me obtain a mortgage for my new dream home. This is the second time I've used this company, the first being when I refinanced my home. Both times, the company was professional, caring, and the process was explained at every step. I had to apply for three mortgages during this transaction, due to the contract falling through on the first two houses. (Appraisal issues.) Each time, Mr. Hubert helped me pick up the pieces and start over. He helped ensure that I got the best rates and that the loan process went smoothly. I highly recommend Insight Loans to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

I have used Insight Loans and Chad Hubert for many loans now and every time they come through and make it as easy as possible on the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible experience.

We chose Insight Loans based on reviews from Lending Tree and we were so glad we did! We borrowed through FHA to build a new construction home. Insight loans handled all the unique requirements of FHA and went over and above to work with our builder throughout the 7 month process. Our builder raved about how great the folks at Insight Loans were to work with. When it came time to close on the house, we had requested to move the closing up a few days and the whole team at Insight Loans worked extra hard to make it happen for us. I would recommend Insight Loans to anyone!

My mortgage was a 30 year fixed at 6.5%. I decided to try out lending tree and one of the first results to come back was Insight Loans. Not only were they a local company for me, but they had the best offer and after a single phone call I was extremely happy with the people at Insight. While there were a few hiccups, none of which were issues due to Insight, Bert at Insight was able to work through all of them. End result? A 15 year loan with a significantly lower APR (2.8), my mortgage payment stayed the same. While other companies from Lending Tree (cough cough Quicken Loans cough cough) spent their time spamming me with emails and scripted calls, I had real service with Insight.
