She was extremely attentive and should couldn't have communicated more thoroughly or punctually throughout the entire process. My lender, Kyle Wrathall was very attentive and patient with me a customer. He always answered the phone using a jovial greeting and my name. If Kyle was not available, he would return my call within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and took me step by step at my own pace. I would definitely work with Kyle in the future.

Chad Bickell was knowledgeable and helpful all along the process of refinancing my construction loan into the convention. I will be using insight in the future for any mortgage needs I have!
