HIDDEN FEES that popped up AFTER LOC was paid off. If I weren't increasing my LOC I never would have been aware. Spent 1.5 HOURS to resolve issue that was never resolved - all for $13.03 (the amount HIDDEN) was refused to be waived. It wouldn't have been a big deal IF: 1) had NOT be hidden 2) hadn't spent 45 minutes to increase LOC (paperwork wasn't generating), and then: 3) another 45 minutes to resolve the HIDDEN FEE issue which wasn't resolved. No problem paying it IF it had been posted instead of hidden. ALSO, debit card not connected to many ATMs without FEES!! Will be looking for another credit union.
