Easy to understand

Excellent application that has helped me increase my overall health. Easy to have appointment set up for blood draw and fast results posted to my account.

I am delighted with the ability to track my health in real time via labs that give me actionable steps I can take AND with the smartwatch link tgatvties all my data together. I love monitoring my own health in ways I never could before. Now, if only I could link up a smart scale that would also show bmi, muscle mass, bone mass and water. I do that every few months at my chiropractor’s office to measure my fitness progress. I would like to have a place to load that info too.

Ive been using Inside Tracker for 10 months now and have had 3 tests. Ive used their food recommendations, and some personal research, to be almost completely optimized (30 green biomarkers out of 32) after 3 tests. Its great peace of mind knowing your "insides" are performing properly! Would highly recommend their service!
