Don't get it I followed instructions…
Don't get it I followed instructions for a year, nothing gained, based on my results at the gym and in races doesn't line up??? Very confused

The categories were very helpful liver, hemoglobin
The categories were very helpful. It was a great to see the results and have a guide on how I was doing even as a physician. I know what a lot of those tests mean but to have it put into perspective relative to a scaling that was promoting optimal health and not just a comparison to the typical unhealthy US norms.

Great service but needs better Customer Support
I love inside tracker, and would recommend them to most of my health conscious friends. However, their customer support is not up to grade, and I almost never get replies to my emails, I usually have to call.

Thank you for your feedback, Ahmed. We typically try to get to emails within 72 business hours but phone and chat during our office hours are typically immediate. We will continue to try and drive our response time down on email as well.

Great Way To Track Progress
InsideTracker is a great tool for tracking your progress and making sure you continue towards optimum health. My only wish is that they’re nutrition department could use the bloodwork analysis to then recommend a day to day menu plan rather than the misc. recipes and food items to improve the bad bio markers. I am now looking to a few doctor-wellness centers who do such analysis. Nevertheless, InsideTracker is very good in giving insight into one’s deficiencies, etc.

Good service but some waiting
The phlebotomist was excellent and the tests appeared rapidly online after the bloodwork was drawn. The only issue is how long we waited to be contacted once we paid for Inside Tracker and the availability of the phlebotomist was quite slim. We had to wait one week for her to come.

Official quest Labs - what happened to my real review?
"I had a hard time sending official quest labs. In fact ,I still can't get official labs. Your pdf is small writing and not what my dr needs." The above words were something I wrote to customer service, not a review. Observe, that I said YOUR pdf file. Meaning , I was talking to insidetracker. How it got here, I'll truly never know. My review was about customer service being none existing . I quoted another members post and really had some substance and Info that one could use! Hmm very interesting 🤔 I wonder what will happen now!
