Results were quicker than anticipated…
Results were quicker than anticipated with clear, actionable suggestions. One thing that would be great, would be to suggest a type of physician or local doctor that could also help with findings.

Great way to get a better look at your numbers
I like the tips for how to improve on certain markers and just the overall deeper look at my health. My Primary was reluctant to order a blood test like this and I imagine they wouldn't have been able to give me as many things to work on to improve them.

Not worth the money
The woman who drew my blood did an excellent job! The app isn’t too user friendly. I was terribly disappointed that after viewing my blood results, when I click on the tab labeled “How to Improve” is says there are no science backed recommendations at this time!?! It said that for every result I checked. Not cool. Would not recommend. Update 1/13/24: There are recommendations listed now under the “how to improve” tab. Recommendations for many of the results, but not all. Perhaps my app was malfunctioning….

Responsive and helpful
Responsive and helpful. The site itself was more of the problem than the customer service. Hopefully, they can fix the site to be more user-friendly and efficient.

Not perfect but a great service!
I like both the recommendations and the layout of blood work results. I also like inner age. It took a little while for some 3rd party results to show up but they did. I'm giving InsideTracker 4 stars since, I believe, they have room for improvement (who doesn't! :)). Specifically: - blood pressure; perhaps I've missed it but how can blood pressure not be used in their calculations of ASCAD? All in all, though, IT is a great product. Thanks!

That app seems helpful...it took awhile…
That app seems helpful...it took awhile to receive my action plan ( weeks after results where available from quest). I did not realize i had to sign info sharing for insidetracker to get results.
