I wanted to point out some of the key differences between getting your blood tested on your own and what InsideTracker provides. There are six components to InsideTracker: 1) We provide the lab order to have all 48 biomarkers examined. 2) You can involve your genetic profile to see how your genes influence your health. 3) You can sync your wearable device to receive daily health insights automatically. 4) We can calculate your biological age. 5) We map out your optimized window. 6) We provide detailed instructions on how to improve each of your unoptimized biomarkers. That last point is the true value and something no physician provides: step-by-step instructions on what specific foods, supplements, exercise, and lifestyle advancements you incorporate or change to improve each one of your unoptimized biomarkers - we call this your Action Plan. Most follow their Action Plan within the InsideTracker app for Apple and Android. It's easy to tell someone what's wrong; it's very difficult to give exact steps based on the latest research to improve their specific metrics. Hi Ann, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did want to touch on the items you had mentioned. We want to provide you with recommendations that can optimize your markers but there are certain results that do require speaking with a physician as those could point to a condition that is best treated or looked at with a physician. In cases like that, patients are very well educated and ready to have these conversations based on their InsideTracker analysis. We don't look to take the place of physicians in cases like this but rather provide data that you can speak with them about. As far as the recommendations matching, we focus on interventions with the strongest science, where clinical studies have directly shown an impact on the biomarkers that the individual needs to improve. With that, some can show for multiple people regardless of age or sex. We would encourage you to try incorporating these recommendations into your life and track to see if they help you.

It's important to note that everyone's response to supplements can vary based on individual factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and overall health. Thank you for your review, Sharon. We would love to address this without assuming too many things based on your comment. It sounds like you're referring to not being tested for a full thyroid panel. What we've seen in the data is that in a healthy population, TSH is the primary indicator of thyroid health, and the results of TSH would prompt additional testing that we would recommend being done by your physician depending on how far in our out of range your results are. TSH is also just one player in the whole picture of someone's health, which is why we analyze it in conjunction with major metabolism and hormone markers like glucose, HbA1c, ApoB, LDL, cortisol, and many more.
