I placed an order on their website. The webpage, confirmed my order. And my bank account was correctly charged. I did not, recieve my confirmation email. I reached out to customer service. And they were absolutely, wonderful. While I, never did recieve my email. The woman I spoke with; reconfirmed my order. And sent me, in her email, my tracking number, invoice number, everything I needed. Very helpful. Fast response time. Excellent customer service.

I love how the smoke trickles down so beautifully, and the cones that came free with the order smell AMAZING! Lavender is my favorite :).
