I wish I could put 0 stars as this is what they are worth, taking money without permission and then dragging heads when actioning refunds, luckily I paid through paypal

This company is COMPLETE fraud. They send the same email responses over and over and refuse to issue a refund on a fraudulent charge to my credit card. They charged over $80 to my card that I did not authorize and are refusing to refund it.

I just received my inscentswaterfall. I wish I read the review before buying. It is true. It is a big waste of money. All the incent smell like burning wood and have no fragrance at all. I cannot tell the difference between "orange" fragrance and "lavender." I am not happy at all!!

What a joke! I read Some of reviews from their website! Really?!?! It’s b.s. I spent $80. I didn’t order as many bags of scents as they charged me for and sent. Light and forget? NOT! And all the things it says will help like pain and memory. HA!! It burns for 10 minutes, takes 2 minutes for waterfall to start and, if there’s the slightest amount of activity around, ZERO waterfall. This was a treat for myself. DO NOT ORDER!

SCAM COMPANY - please avoid!!! They take 10 times as much as they say!!! Now having to try and get my money back through PayPal also set up subscriptions without authorisation!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Waste of money has only one scent and it don’t even know what it is!!!

I ordered this waterfall after I saw a Facebook ad and the reviews along with it; according to the order total supposed to be $14.99, but as everybody else who was a victim of these scammers the company charged my credit card extra 3 charges of $24.99, $79.99 and $97.95; I emailed and called the CS asking them to cancel these transactions but never heared back from them and I received an email from them today saying that the product was shipped. I learned my lesson and will never ever ever order anything through those fraudulent ads on social media Be aware everyone don’t allow those thieves to steal your money. 😡😡😡

I wish I had gone to trustpilot reviews before buying. I normally check trustpilot reviews first, which saved me a lot of headaches in the past, but failed to do so on this occasion. Pointless to buy, a real waste of money, just emits unpleasant smoke so I returned but had to pay return postage of £32.70.
