The shipping could have been faster but that was in no way their fault. DHL has always been slow shipping to my area. The little voodoo incense burner is adorable and I love it. The intense cones smell nice but since they're mixed they all smell the same but for a free bonus product they're good quality. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I received a response explaining the charges, and offering to cancel, or give me a good faith discount and extra 100 incense cones free if I left my order as is. Since it was my mistake and that were so great about it. I kept my order as is. Looking forward to receiving it!

I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.
