Fabulous teacher, great class!

The instructor Shad Kirshenbaum was very pleasant, thorough and to the point. He was also very helpful in explaining and repeating steps, procedures and hands on demonstration to ensure the students understood. I enjoyed the class very much, he made it interesting and fun. I took the online course first and the rest of it with him in class, and inspite he had just finished with a previous class before us, he was refreshed and ready to go.

One suggestion: previously quality videos were used to show skills in use in particular scenarios. These videos are very beneficial to the first time certifier. I am far from a first timer so not beneficial to me. I greatly appreciate that In-Pulse offers BLS is a time frame that fits my schedule and is reasonably priced. Thanks

Sofia was a great instructor. This was my second time with her and it was even better than the last. She is super relatable and brings your training into a real life experience. I hope i get her next time as well!
