The lack of instruction, especially as the any information on the tubes was in what I presumed to be Chinese

Not as good as the video looked. Not as supportive as claimed.

The product has very wide straps and a very long to k back strap with several hooks. It is difficult to fasten and the padded cup pads are not straight but wrinkled so it does not sit right when on as this shows through t shirts etc. I am disappointed but no idea how to return as no delivery note etc. delivery was also not communicated satisfactorily. I had to chase this item twice. I would not recommend this at all.

I like the concept very much but I am rather concerned about how much heat is generated on charging my iPhone 16 Pro. I don’t feel that this is normal so I’ve only given 3 stars If, however, you can provide evidence that the generated high heat will not compromise my phone then I would be happy to change my view.

Charger unstable

The product is OK, but there was a very long delay between order and delivery.

I’m not happy because, I ordered for iPhone its Samsung charger lead.
