I recently made a purchase with Inorganic for £20.99 including shipping, but for some reason £26.24 has been debited from my bank account. I’ve contacted customer support and am currently waiting for a response, so there may be a reasonable explanation. However, seeing a higher amount taken than the price displayed at checkout was confusing and concerning. At this stage, I’m hoping the company can clarify why the additional charge was applied and resolve the issue promptly. I’ll update my review once I receive a response from customer support.

I placed an order for a grooming tool for my dog which came to 17.58 including shipping - they took 21.97 from my card. I emailed them immediately and they replied saying they would check it and refund the difference immediately - hasn’t happened yet. I have informed my bank they are scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was charged more than the stated price. I kicked up a fuss and had the discrepancy refunded. I ordered over 7 weeks ago and still don’t have it. Not impressed.

Just told you nothing is the same as you have advertised. Eyelet is upside down. Won't go into any lock i have tried so far.con job.

Dreadful experience with this company - much the same as others - thank god for paying by credit card as PayPal were worse than useless in the matter as well. Avoid this company!!!
