They hang on to deposits
We rented a studio in Madrid from this company. Although the response to requests for maintenance and assistance was slow and unsatisfactory at times, the rental was generally OK. However since the contract finished 2 months ago we've been unable to secure return of our deposit. We have received one lame excuse after another, but still no refund.
