My neighbor hired Cool Cat fence company
My neighbor hired Cool Cat fence company, I paid him for my share of the fence. Was built on a slight slope and was not properly laid out. Had steal posts and there was 8 or 9 inches between the dirt and the bottom of the fence. Also the bottom rail went up and down instead of an even flow. It not only looks bad but the integrity of the fence is compromised because the posts and the concrete that hold them are too shallow. They came back 3 weeks later and laid horizontal timbers to cover up the 8 inch gap on the botom of the fence. I would like to say it's better but it looks like a really amature job. They could of at least got enough crushed rock to hide the steal posts.
