Professor David is a great teacher. He really helped me understand the concepts in real estate. He is very kind, professional and the online class was good with the zoom feature.

David is an amazing instructor with wealth of experience to share and the ability to keep the class engaged for prolonged periods of time. His insights are very practical and instrumental. I would have no doubts recommending his classes to anyone seeking a real estate license.

What a great class! It's all done by Zoom but Dave the instructor makes you feel like you're sitting in a classroom! Dave goes at a nice, easy pace and allows you to ask any question without making you feel bad for doing so. His teaching method leaves you confident that you know the material at the end of each session. I would highly recommend taking this class if you're considering a career in real estate.

In these tough times of Coronavirus and for myself in changing careers, Dave was great in educating us through webinar to prepare us for the test. It was a great class and I learned a great deal.

Dave is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot during the duration of the program. Dave provided many examples and was explain concepts throughly to ensure all students understood the course content. Thank you for being a great instructor, especially during this time of crisis.
