There are so many things they get right, like the wonderful photography and the way they showcase properties - there’s no other agent that understands the power of presentation like they do. But I also think they price aggressively, often significantly over-valuing properties with respect to local comparables - and given how silly property prices have become in the UK I find it unforgivable to be that greedy.
