InheritFast.com is the ultimate scam. Avoid at all costs!
InheritFast.com is a scam that preys upon the vulnerable. I received an unsolicited mailing claiming they can help get inheritance money without having to wait for probate. Apparently they scan public records and spam relatives of people who recently died. Their letter falsely claims: "Rated Excellent 359+ Reviews on Trustpilot". Complete utter balderdash. They had exactly 0 reviews. Their envelope contains an ominous official-looking warning: "WARNING: $2000 FINE, 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT, OR BOTH FOR ANY PERSON INTERFERING WITH OR OBSTRUCTING THE DELIVERY OF THIS LETTER U.S. MAIL, 18 SEC. 1702 U.S. CODE." This is clearly to make the letter look official. In truth, 18 U.S. Code § 1702 is the law that prevents interference with ANY U.S. mail. You could put that on the outside of the letter you mail to your grandma if you want. It just shows how manipulative and shady this company is. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will scam you, take your money, and possibly interfere with the probate process.
