I didn’t get the amount that the gentlemen said I’d get and I’m not paying 47% interest on a short term loan

In the wake of covid this company did not show any mercy and instead charged me $12000 on a $15000 advance when we were put out of work and hurting the most.

I was mislead about the fact that my 5000 advance would have a pay back of 2800 making it a 7800 transaction. When I received the paperwork it said they would take back 9800.

I would like to give 5 star rating based on service, as my funding officer went above and beyond to assist me when I had an urgent deadline, making funds available very quickly that saved my house from foreclosure. The fee, however, was quite exorbitant for this service...

It was not as much as I wanted nor needed. Interest is extremely high. With terms that change and only get worse. I Don't really understand how it is legal for interest rates of around 50%. It seems a little like taking advantage of a person in there time of grief and need of help.
