Absolute crqp.... I ordered a name brand eye cream,what i received was cheap knock off version,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IS A SCAM!!! ordered a face cream and I received a tiny little cheap copy made in china (That does not work at all). They keep bombarding me with emails and a fake tracking number from US but the product came from China. When contacted the seller they just offered me $2 refund and say sorry for my dissatisfaction. And will offered $4 dollar compensation if I returned the product to China. This company should be closed immediately and not been using Paypal as payment platform.

I ordered a face cream and I received a cheap copy made in china. I received a fake track and trace mail and notifications that the product was on its way from USA. And when I received the package it was sent from China. I dont want to support poor work conditions and kids working in factories instead of having a proper childhood and education. This is clearly a Temu/Shine copycat with only purpose to scam the buyers. It should be closed. I have contacted customer service that I want my money back. All they do is apologise my dissatisfaction.
