Well, I too fell for the cute iron horseshoe cross. Received after a month in a very small box. My husband has been attempting to put together for over an hour. Again, no instructions. Hate it because the picture is adorable. Oh well. Hopefully others will do some research before purchase and see these lovely reviews.8

Please stay away!@ I order 2 horse crosses made of horseshoes. WHAT I GOT was all plastic pieces i. A plastic bag to try & put the crosses together myself, no instructions. Praise the Lord I received my $84.00 dollars back asap from PayPal when I sent them all the EVIDENCE. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY ftom this company

I too, like so many others, was excited to receive my iron handmade horse shoe cross and all I got was a cheap plastic kit. I got the same "apology" that others got and was told that my order was correct. Clearly not what I ordered. Has anyone had any luck disputing the charges with their credit card company?

Every review I have read on this page is spot on. They refuse to refund your money even though it is clearly false advertising. There are not enough screws or whatever to assemble the product. I received pictures and a video of how to assemble. But I kept asking how to keep it together, there is nothing provided to keep it together. The problem is getting the reviews where people can see them before they buy from this company! It took me 10 minutes to find this page.

Ordered five classic looking iron welded horseshoe crosses for my daughters and our barn - what came was cheap Chinese plastic feeling do it yourself craft kits!!!!!

First of all...claimed to be a crafted high quality horse shoe cross. Supposedly shipping by donkey from a 3rd world country. Just received it and it was from Coram, NY. And it's not even assembled! Junk !!! Took forever to arrive!!! Pure crap!!!

I received pieces of chip painted metal when I had ordered a "natural horseshoe cross." The company ignored my cancellation of the order within their 24 hour cancellation policy. It took more than a month to receive this bogus offering. Will now work with both PayPal and bank to get my money back. Label in package was put over the original label. Return name and address gave been reported as scammers as well.
